Forged ZZ4 crankshaft, freshly machined (.020 on the mains and .010 on the journals) Edelbrock intake, freshly sandblasted, ready to be washed.
       
Comp Cams XE camshaft (220/230, .544/544", 114) The new Speed Pro forged pistons. They're forged aluminum flat-tops with 4 valve reliefs and a teflon coated skirt. They accept either a press or floating wrist rod. I'm going of course with the floating H-Beams!
       
Vortec heads being disassembled. I guess I should have cleaned them a little better before I tore into them. They are filthy and covered in oil.
